At NandaTrails, we aim to make your trekking experience smooth and hassle-free. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Booking & Advance Payment
To confirm a trek or adventure package, customers are required to pay a specified percentage of the total package cost as an advance booking amount.This advance payment is used to reserve your slots and make necessary arrangements for your trek.The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival, before the commencement of the trek or adventure activity.Your booking will be considered confirmed only after the advance payment has been successfully received.

2. Cancellation Policy
If a customer cancels a confirmed booking, the advance payment may be non-refundable, as arrangements and reservations may already have been made.Cancellation requests must be communicated to NandaTrails through our official contact details.Refund eligibility, if any, will depend on the cancellation date and the expenses already incurred for the booking.

3. Refund Policy
Advance booking amounts are generally non-refundable once the slots have been confirmed.In case NandaTrails cancels a trek due to unavoidable circumstances, customers will be offered a suitable alternative date or a refund of the amount paid, as applicable.If a trek is cancelled due to extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances, NandaTrails will try to provide an alternative arrangement or applicable refund after considering expenses already incurred and the relevant circumstances.

4. No-Show Policy
If a customer fails to arrive at the designated meeting point on the scheduled date without prior notice, the booking may be treated as cancelled, and the advance payment will not be refunded.

5. Important Information
Please confirm your travel dates and package details before making an advance payment.Any additional expenses not included in the package will be payable separately.Refunds, where approved, will be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
